Listériosis : A compulsory declarable illness in France, due to to a Listeria
Monocytogenes infection, originating essentially in food, and which affects principally people at risk, for whom it may have severe consequences.

ONILAIT : Office National des Produits Laitiers (National Office for dairy products). The body that manages the FEOGA European funds (European Fund for Agricultural Orientation and Guarantee) for improving the quality of dairy products, their flow and the control of milk production (production quotas).

PÔLE AOC MASSIF CENTRAL : Association for research on the Massif Central cheese AOCs, made up of the Massif Central cheese AOC syndicates. The team, based in Aurillac, includes an organiser who is responsible for preparing dossiers when searching for partners and funding for the Syndicates, of an officer responsible for the valorisation of the research through scientific popularisation and a secretary.
