| The Saint-Nectaire Cheese Syndicate and research The Saint-Nectaire Cheese syndicate is one of the founding syndicates in the Pôle AOC Massif Central dedicated to research. Via the Pôle, the syndicate carries out research and field studies in partnership with various partners, laboratories, research centres, engineering schools, universities, etc. These partners include INRA, ENITA in Clermont Ferrand, the LIAL MC, Université Blaise Pascal, the SNGTV.
